Visiting the Site.

Visits to the premises are by appointment only. As this is also a private family farm, we ask all visitors to be respectful of the space and animals on-site. Children and dogs are welcome, but must be supervised at all times.

Changes to Services.

Alice’s Pet Cremations reserves the right to make changes to pricing, service availability or processes. Any updates will always be communicated clearly, and existing bookings will not be affected.

Returns & Refunds.

Due to the nature of the service, refunds cannot be issued once a cremation has taken place. If there is ever a concern or issue, please contact us directly so we can resolve it with care and understanding.

Ashes & Keepsakes.

Ashes are usually returned within a week, depending on the chosen urn or keepsake. We handle all items with care, but once handed over, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by third-party delivery services or mishandling after collection.

Privacy.

All information shared with us is kept confidential. We do not share your details with anyone else.

Payment.

Full payment is required before the return of the Ashes. Payment can be made by bank transfer, card or cash. Prices will be clearly explained beforehand with no hidden fees.
